Fnord - I don't know what CYBR's reaction will be, but it is apparrent to most of us (including the market at large which has reacted to this article as if it were a non-event) that Herbie's article was just a little too unbelievable to be worth credence.

To wit:

Unnamed FDA spokesperson (laughable reporting - name your spokes-people, that's why they are spokespeople!). My suspicion - Herb and/or Mark made up the spokesperson and the reported conversation was a fabrication.

Unnamed Washington D.C. Attorney (love this one) Yes, an attorney with clout! (Washington D.C., doncha know) has so much confidence in what he has to say about the situation that he declines to have his name associated with his statement. Boogers. I suspect that the attorney is also a fabrication from the fertile mind of Herbie and his ManChild assistant.

Regardless, the article has been received as worthless drivel by the Street and has probably hurt Herbie more than it ever could have hurt CYBR.

Will CYBR react? I, for one, hope that they do not. Herbie and company are not trusted by many to begin with, and this extremely unprofessional approach to reporting should be left to hang unanswered... so that Herbie can hang unattended from a rope twisted from his own words.
