It is statements like this which drive me crazy!

a uniquely noise immune cable technology that can be used in the electromagnetic swamps of cities

It is hardly unique, as the IEEE (through their 802.14 proceedings) has demonstrated (multi-tone has superior noise immunity against the relevant noise in cable networks).

in the otherwise unusable bottom forty megahertz of the cable.

UNUSABLE? All of the existing cable modems I know of are using that spectrum today for the return path. They are not using it as efficiently as the MSO's need, which creates the opportunity for S-CDMA. I doubt that it will prove sufficiently superior to Broadcom's TDM-lite combined with their new Propane algorithms (which work on the levels above the PHY) to generate much market share for TERN, but that is an issue which is open to debate.

Many people treat your words as though they are chiseled on a stone tablet carried down from the mountain-top. I think if you are going to justify your stock recommendations based on their technology, you have a responsibility to avoid misleading statements like the above.
