Jim Willie. It really isn't fraud in any legal sense so I would advise you to remember the kind of power you are insulting here--you could get a full measure of their wrath. I just hope that they will do something to justify the faith that older americans have showed by sinking part of their life savings in AWE. Possibly they could graft HDR onto their TDMA system, market it well, and do OK. I wish they would go CDMA, but I understood that their investment was relatively young as far as the depreciation curve goes ao they need to use it for a few more years. JohnG
