Time to further examine "The Truthseekers" associations.
"The court found that Alexandrs Laurins wrote disparagingly about Chopp in a newsletter he published" ("The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report"), "while an associate filed suit against the company alleging various improprieties. That suit was eventually dismissed, but not before Chopp's share price fell from above $20 to below $1.
At the time of the Chopp decision, Alexsandrs Laurins was serving a federal prison sentence of eight years given to him in 1987 following his conviction on a charge of selling illegal tax shelters. In 1990, he received an additional eight-year sentence for illegally selling stock given to him as collateral for loans."
You remember him, don't you Floyd? His infamous SHORT SELLING REPORT, "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report", featured you(typo IMO) and your associate Anthony Elgindy in the January 2000 issue as heroes, so to speak.
Remember, we briefly visited the issue of "offshore banking" in Riga, Latvia, a former Soviet republic? We found the new site for "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report" to be on "www.balticbankinggroup.com", didn't we? Well now that we are in agreement we can proceed. On that site I believe that we found a Vilnius Laurins, remember, and wondered whether or not he might be a relative of Alexandrs Laurins, a federal felon with multiple convictions according to published reports. Now perhaps we should wonder whether or not it is ONE AND THE SAME PERSON. Vilnius Laurins posted on RB in 1998 that he received a JD from Rutgers University. A visit with the registrar's office in Camden, N.J. reveals that Aleksandrs V. Laurins did receive and L.L.D. in 1967. Do you think that Alexandrs and Aleksandrs are one and the same person and that Vilnius is his middle name?
Now "Truthseeker", if Aleksandrs V. Laurins is Alexandrs Laurins, then we have you associated with Anthony Elgindy-- federal felon, Alexandrs Laurins--multiple felon, "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report"--used by Laurins in an attempt to extort CHoPP(ANTS), and Baltic Banking Group--"offshore banking" in Riga, Latvia and new "home" of "The Durant Livermore Cutten and Bliss Report". If Aleksandrs V. Laurins is Alexandrs Laurins and Vilnius is his middle name, then we have a twice convicted felon associated with or operating "offshore banking" and naming "the truthfinder.com"(typo IMO) and "anthonyelgindy.com" as the heroes, so to speak for the "bear raid" on ANTS in December 1999.
Floyd, from what I have been able to determine, you are in way over your head. You are in very fast company.
Have a nice day, and be careful. Crandell Addington |
