HG----I just got off the phone with Guy Zani, who evidently handles stockholder relations with UMSI. I wanted to check on the status of their effort to get on one of the big board. His reply was that they submitted their form 10 to become a public reporting company about 8 days ago. Now it is up to the SEC. Looks as if things are moving forward. Art
