No financials filed with the SEC yet?

In order to be publically traded they had to issue a proxy statement. The Proxy has to contain audited financial statements. Even if they have not hit another fiscal year yet they still would have some starting financial statements filed to become publically traded.

As far as the SEC EDGAR system is concerned, that has been in effect for over a year now. They at least have had some quarterly (10-Q) filings to do by now.

Does anyone know what their fiscal year end is? Has anyone seen financial statements? No information has come to me yet.

S. THomas, I agree with treating this as a speculative investment. However, I do not like throwing money down on a table without at least making a bet - I need financial information to make the bet. Otherwise the dealer just takes my money without a throw of the dice ever happening.

(Sorry I am so cynical but I am getting burned on another bet on a new technology)
