Dear Mr. Thinkbach, It is common knowledge that the "leader" in any organization sets the tone for how his/her subordinates perform and represent their company. This is common knowledge. A good leader would not allow ETrade and its employees to function inadequately and poorly, which I feel is the case. Obviously, you feel otherwise, so we have different opinions about ETrade. I'm basing my statements on my personal experiences over the past 5 years with E*Trade, as well as the related experiences of many friends, relatives, and other associates. The general statements I previously made all point to poor leadership at the top. Best Regards, John
