i have no idea why it was overlooked today...may have to do with the fact that it's extremely thinly traded. note that RANGY's main asset is an 11,8% stake in DROOY. so you can just as well buy DROOY. of course with RANGY you get their western African exploration projects as well...those might add a lot of value someday.
