Annual Report was available as of 1 May 97 according to the Procept Investor Relations telephone recording. Procept will mail during the first two weeks of May. Schwab shows the biotechnology group's near- to intermediate-term outlook as less than exciting as most of the good news has been priced into the stocks. For the pharmaceutical group the long-term rating is slightly underperform. Not a good time for Procept to seek additional funds.
