JH, all past trends have been broken on MSFT. It never traded 20% below 200d mv, etc.. So don't be too hopeful for your buy x month, sell y month strategy. If you are short term, like the way you are, I would go by the trial events. The day TPJ issues verdict, or a week earlier, it could tank. djia, If you are long term, ignore all these.
