Hi...Can someone here answer a question for me?

On ASXI there are some wierd things happening like there is a 25% gap between the bid and the ask and there seems to be a lot of MM trading shares between each other and on the RB thread for ASXI a lot of people there are getting there orders filled at the bid and only some not everybody...just the ones who trade at etrade so it seems .... is this normal or is this wierd?
