Richard, the most reliable information I have been able to get is that the facility is in or around Bonnyville, Alberta. It evidently already exists and the negotiations going on at the moment are re financing, but AEM are confident on doing a very good deal. You may know what is available in that area; if so please let me know what your opinion is. I note that Bonnyville has been mentioned several times on this thread but my source is completely independant of this forum. I understand that the facility under negotiation was financed in part by Alberta govenrment money, if that is useful.
