I am neither long or short IWA.

Does IWA have good title to the claims? Who actually has legal ownership and the right to issue mineral rights and permits is moot until there is a native land claims settlement over that part of BC, or has there been a land claim settled over this area already? Which native band or tribe(s) claim this area? Has IWA negotiated an accord of any kind with the natives? If the natives win a land claim over this area, what guarantees are there that the natives will negotiate a deal with IWA? Should a native band win a land claim here, expropriation will become an issue. In that event, as with Windy Craggy, there are no winners, except the lawyers.
