CARH through its wholly owned subsidiary World Transport Authority (WTA) announces a special shareholder meeting scheduled for June 1, 2000. This meeting will be held at the corporate headquarters located at 635 Front Street, El Cajon, California. World Transport Authority has negotiated numerous agreements for Master Licenses in various international locations. This forward movement for the Company raises several issues to be addressed at the June 1st meeting. The primary topic to be voted on for ratification will be a Four-to-One Forward Split for the Company and its shareholders.
