DATEK servers have been acting up lately. A couple died early in the trading day. QT lets you switch servers - Right click on the SITES dropdown list and select a different server from the popup menu (Make sure to RIGHT Click). If you are using QT version below 1.4.0, you should upgrade - 1.4.0 has better re-connection logic for DATEK and ISLAND streaming quotes. The upcoming versions will have further improvements.

(I will answer the other posts now while I am at it)

Charts - We will be looking into multi-day live intraday charts in the future. Meanwhile, you can right click on the stock in question, select "Historical Charts..." from the menu, then pick a time period of 10 days or less to get a multi-day historical chart. I know its not pretty, but it works.

To get the best use of the charts, you should familiarize yourself with the various features (I know the help file is a bit behind. We are working on that). Right click on the chart to get a menu of various options. NOTE: The current beta (http://www.quotetracker.com/beta) adds Parabolic SAR to the list of intraday indicators, User Picks feature and the ability to view the raw intraday data for a given stock (similar to Time & Sales)

In general, QT relies on the Right Click quote a bit, so if you are wondering how to do something, that should be the first thing to try.

Sincerely,

Jerry Medved
