I have no problem with them doubling the outstanding shares. There is no value in not allowing them to do it. They have no strategic business plan and no revenues from anything anywhere near proprietary so if they double the shares all they are doing is doubling the value of zero. However, I am in no way for them authorizing any additional shares for themselves. I also hope that the attendees try to hold them accountable for blatantly lying to shareholders as to 1Q revenues being more than all of 1999.
