When I typed in LGTO to the Quotes box above, it translated it into LGTOE. Not sure what the real requirements for the company are as far as PR's. Certainly they would rather not have the disruption of switching symbols. May they submitted the required documentation by now:

...The storage management software company based in Mountain View, Calif., issued a press release on April 19, saying it had been informed by the Nasdaq listing qualifications department that it had become subject to delisting procedures as a result of its delay in filing its 10-K, or annual report, for fiscal 1999....

As far a the -16% hit today, it was most likely market jitters again. AG and Co. are going to hit the interest rate hike button again -- maybe even 1/2% this time. Nasdaq will continue to waffle back and forth.

I find it a little irrational that ADIC is getting dragged down to these lows. Sure, when it was in the 60's + it was ahead of itself, but now, it really looks cheap. In the most recent PR the number of installed systems has not changed from about 55K. My guess it that they will still report very good numbers - storage is a REQUIREMENT. ADIC has good products for small/med. size businesses, even large ones.
