fine, the SIA can take all the time they want "analysing" the information, whether it is utimately deemed material or otherwise - afterall, we don't want all of its members to think their education was in vain...

..but the rule should be that even "they", the institutions CANNOT MAKE A TRADE A IN THIS SECURITY until the coveted "analysis" is released to the investing public...

..sort of like an experienced "chat room trader" seeing a snipit of news, buying it and then three days later calling it as a buy, only to sell into the strength..

..just a question of zeros (and generosity)

..caveat emptor has been around long enough for us to know its meaning, and many of us have been to school too
