I am concerned about possible law suits. SGNT comforted its investors at MSTR's shortfall and, all before earning report, made positive comments on itself by saying things such as no restating the revenue and promising to webcast online conference call on the earning report etc. Worse yet, MSTR and SGNT share the same auditor! This can make the company very vulnerable financially. Any one out there having any knowledge about such class action taking shape?
