New Form 10K filed with SEC.

Anyone wishing to understand the NETP products in good, relatively clear English as well as other aspects of the company should read the new Form 10K filed with the SEC.
The opening chapters are well-written.

I notice a couple of things:

- they state that their alliances with OEM's, system integrators, resellers was only at a beginning stage by December, 1999: I have been curious as to why these indirect channels have not produced faster growth: they say they have only 10 persons dealing with indirect sales: the conclusion I draw is that these alliances take time to ramp up but when they do the exponential growth that I was anticipating will start to happen: the percentage of revenues from indirect almost doubled from 4Q to 1Q:

- by March 15 they had 170 direct customers, yet at the CC on 24th April they said they had 191 and a number of large customers not yet announced (normally at the CC discussing 1Q results they would be referring to 1Q) - in any case, that was a big jump in the space of either two weeks to 31st March or five weeks to 24th April.

- there is a comprehensive list of the 170 customers:
