PLCO was recommended by The CHEAP Investor in the April/00 issue at .44 cents. A profit opportunity was quickly offered at .53 to .57 cents. The price of PLCO fell with the Market and moved as low as .24 cents where I again took another Position. The Cheap Investor recommended PLCO at this .25 cent level in the May issue which was mailed out 4/29/00. PLCO again moved up to .33 and pulled back a bit.
