Dell trading at high volume. Getting some pre-earnings action but little direction yet. HongKong will trade Dell Msft Intc and 4 other techs by end of May and London SE will join with Dutsche Boerse. Am hoping global trading will reduce the churning and (apparent) past manipulation of stocks like Dell and improve the stability and predictability the stock prices. Sig
