This registration to sell does not look very good. Company gets no advantage and lots of selling pressure. A great number of shareholders are selling out entirely. Is there something here I don't understand? Looks like it might be time to sell also? Don't know if there's anything positive in anyway based on this announcement. I'd be happy to hear opinions.
