Henry, thanks. I stand corrected. My first rule of thumb is: "If there is anyway something can be screwed up, the government will find out how". I'm glad to see the process lightened a bit. I didn't even know about FORVADE. Today is not a very good day for biotechs. Seems like the Fed said that they didn't like the productivity figures and that they were still going to be attacking inflation. Almost signals another 1/4 point. Hopefully, it won't be any higher. With the global marketplace and pressures on pricing thruout the world, we don't want to hinder our corporations too much. Regards, Bob
