Lance - On BBAN, if you do a little digging, you will discover that there is massive distribution going on at the offer. All the wholesalers are doing is representing the actual selling brokerages (as is almost always the case when it appears that "MMs are forcing the price down").

Since NITE and HRZG are the largest wholesalers and are preferred by small MMs (like mine) for working large blocks, it should be no surprise that many promoters and insiders' brokers use them to liquidate large positions. -Eric
