Now that TEE is up despite obvious weakness, I am ready to trade dividends again. SHU is weak today as the PSA merger is not going to happen and gamblers looking for the pop get out. SIZ and SHU haven't announced dividends yet, but both normally go ex in the next 1-3 weeks. These are the only 2 showing weakness that will go ex this month except for USV. USV will likely recover, but I am staying clear until the FFO decay is stable. Richard
