I never have and still don not understand this.
So if the MM does not post a new price in 5 minutes,
does he have to go home<GGG>???? Obviously not, so what
does it mean? Maybe the limit to repost a price within 5
minutes is in absence of any other changes in price during
the 5 minutes. In other words, a 5 minute limit to re-post
at the same price?????? I don't know...
