Thank you, Ted. Your theory regarding the musical gnomes makes
sense given the pages this network has taken from the Book of
MTV. Since the exit of Roger Ayles, the new crowd running this
increasingly dreadful show seems to have enshrined the premise
that the average attention span of any given viewer is three
seconds or less. It must be somewhat humiliating for those
of the stature of a John Murphy to have to endure the pure,
unadulterated incompetence and defective judgements of the
overpaid numskulls piloting this sinking ship. This market
savant and analytic genius is packaged like a carnival side-
show. He appears decidedly uncomfortable and hurried, albeit
somewhat resigned to his ignominy, as he is hustled through
his cogent and thoughtful arguments so that the dunderheads
orchestrating this travesty can rush the viewer to the next
sideshow.
