You know- right- that "deadbeat" dad is defined as someone who is not providing legally mandated support for his children. I don't really think that applies here- do you? As far as I know Juan has not failed to do all that he legally was required to do. Perhaps you should think up a new phrase- Like "That Cuban Commie Dad I don't Understand and Don't LIKE". That would at least be ...true.
