19,700 shares BID at 3 1/6...someone is getting in in a big way, and is in a hurry to do so. I've noticed large bids recently, but no chasing of the ask...now they are coming on a bit stronger.

any specultation as to why? is this just a cross between two organized parties, or a precursor to a bigger event (ie. Ingenico)?
