Thanks for your kind words. You have been the backbone of this thread and I appreciate your time and effort at answering the threads questions as well as all of mine.

I remember this announcement. It states that when the Boron and Berillium chips come out, they will be in competition with other physical layer chipsets like ADI's. But for now, they are using ADI's chips. I was just wondering if they used only a small portion of ADI and used other companies physical solutions more predominantly. It seems like bad business for them to use ADI for a few months, and then compete with them right after that. It almost looks like Viratta wanted to learn from the master and then copy the technology for themselves. I was just happy to reconfirm that Aware is probably getting some benefit from Viratta untill their Boron and Berillium do come out.
