GPRS now in action! While GSM has reached a dead end in terms of providing straight voice, I suppose it's fair to say that the goal post has been moved again. Fortunately, if Nokia wants to, they'll be able to buy Q! ASICs [or the whole company or perhaps the ASICs division] and provide a really fast IP data network with HDR, rather than the sluggish, expensive GPRS solution.
