The CEO of KLIC just announced his intention to sell a large number of shares. They also don't usually issue a press release. But, hey, that could be using reverse psychology. He is selling a big chunk which isn't a good sign. The insider experts usually look if there is selling in the whole industry. Also, insiders are usually terrible market timers. But it is still a sign to look at. MH
