Fidel Castro is Cuba's Law. What he says goes. I would like to see Exhibit B to see why they think he has parental rights. siliconinvestor.com Do deadbeat dad's have parental rights? If they do not, where is the evidence that he provided financial support to Elian? Is lack of financial support to your biological children considered being a deadbeat dad?
