We're gonna close on 3689, my earlier morning guestimate.
Why, you may ask....

1. Because I want us to
2. Because it has Jorj's favorite numbers
in it, which was part of the reason for that guess
3. Because it's higher than 3650
4. Because I like to think of it as on the way to 4000
rather than on the way to 2800
