Hi Kevin: I can't write for anyone else, but I am waiting for extension news. I don't think I want to hang around for who knows how long if they have in fact lost the Y property. If there was to be a PP for current shareholders, would there be any min/max purchase required as with most PP's? I would be interested, but have limited cash available. joe
