The warrants can be exercised now. The 20 consecutive trading days above 12 has to do with the ability to call the warrants for a nickel. It kinda forces the issue if the stock trades above 12 for 20 days because a person would be foolish to hold the warrant,risk having them get called, and getting essentially nothing! I have been selling into strength the last few months to get my original investment out. I am now looking for a price that will give me a very healthy profit (and a well deserved tax problem!).
