Management Data is a wholly owned subsidiary of Creditanstalt AG. The acquisition will be integrated with Geac's SmartStream Reconciliations division which will be renamed SmartStream Banking Systems. This transaction is forecasted to add approximately $40 million in revenue to Geac's consolidated results in the current year.
