oh, i agree with your attitude. but there's a difference between valuations merely being 'not reasonable' and being 'utterly ridiculous' which is what they are now. and it is btw. not true that they are never reasonable in any market...it's just that we haven't had a bear market for a long time. you'd be surprised how reasonable valuations can get.
