Bree, you'd be correct about VCSY and I find this a very good omen for some others. VCSY are now compliant according to the OTC:BB and the E drops tomorrow. This appears to have been done by way of the 8K back door. Now VSCY had filed previously so that may have made a difference, but the 8k was just filed yesterday, and the 8k revision today, and bingo they are compliant. A ton of shares out though: "Upon the effectiveness of the Merger, VCSY has an aggregate of 737,642,520 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, $.00001 par value." Maybe there is still hope for some like, TRITe WLDCe WNCRe WTAAe all with plans to do the 8k backdoor route, but time is running short, and I'm not sure how, or if the rules change, once they are pink...hear that TRITe?
