I mean making drugs legal. I don't see wisdom in prohibition. And "move them up in education/lvg std so there are no pushers" ... I don't see that as working. A lot of college-educated yuppies out there buying heroin. Heroin! (Idiots.) "Legal means taxes." OK then. We tax alcohol and tobacco. We tax'em too much because thy're cheap targets for a Gov't buck. But I'm not dead set against taxation.
