AVID crapped $3 when this news came out. Was the street expecting something more exciting?

Avid Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVID.O) announced today that its
MCXpress for Windows NT digital nonlinear video editing software will
support the Intel Pentium II processor. By incorporating support for
Intel's new processor, Avid's MCXpress software will bring greater
power and creativity to professional media developers who create
digital content for tape, CD-ROM or the World Wide Web.
William J. Miller, Avid chairman and CEO, said, "With support
for Intel's new workstation, MCXpress users will see a significant
performance boost and will be able to take advantage of the
multimedia extensions provided by the Pentium II processor.
