Well, well aren't we getting a little testy! For what's it worth I'm so ticked off with comporkerpigpos that I feel like calling someone on this thread a mean name. Hey Russ, how about you? No one's picking on you. maybe you're due for some namecalling. Anyway, about a week and a half ago I sold some more calls for May. They're likely to have all the lifespan of the mayfly and die utterly worthless in a couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, in all fairness to our most hated pos, the general market conditions are not helping. May and June will, imho, prove to be very boring. July will likely see a pop and I think we will see 30 -33 several times between now and then. Come October 1, 2000 this sorry excuse for an investment will likely break the 30 barrier once and for all (or until the next cpq management screw-up which should be first quarter in 2001). In the meantime i will continue to sell covered calls. If I'm still around october 1 I'll probably call up some additional patience from my innermost soul and go along for the october to december ride. After that we'll see what happens.

Enough of my own grandstanding - please share your thoughts. I'd love to hear what others think is likely to happen. Enquiring minds want to know.
