"Patron Anejo" is a fine tequila derived from blue agave cacti in Jalisco, MX. Tequilas are frequently classified based on the aging length and method. "Silver" or "Blanco" tequilas are unaged and colorless. "Anejo" refers to amber colored tequilas aged in oak caskets for variable lengths of time, usually 2 years or more. "Reposado" refers to an intermediate aging process, 6 months or so. Patron is the distillery, thus "Patron Anejo". An interesting link:
