Here's the latest entry to the docket: 5/1/00 238 NOTICE by defendant Lexar Media Inc in 3:98-cv-01115 of withdrawal of [235-1] objection [3:98-cv-01115] (mcl)[Entry date 05/02/00] [3:98cv1115] I believe that Lexar has withdrawn its objection to the order denying their application to compel Eli's continued deposition. I'm surprised to see this unless Lexar now thinks they have enough to make the case for invalidity or they are in money straights. Mike
