Zeev When do you have a NEW Bear market, vs. just a steep market correction... (When the Dow 30 breaks below the previous years low it is then a BEAR market.) Since THIS Bull market started in 1982 the Dow 30 has NEVER broken below the low of the previous year. In 1999 The Dow's low was 9122, still a long way to go before this BIG BAD BULL is dead.
