Largest IP networks in the world, by: selpamaxe (15/F/ohio) 5/2/00 8:50 pm Msg: 27873 of 28006
Geographic Reach: The ubiquity of I-Link's IP services backbone allows cLEC's and other service providers to tie into a national (potentially international) services platform. This will provide expanded geographic reach to local and regional service providers, allowing them to more fully compete with the major players in today's global marketplace. The service platform will also allow for traditionally local telecommunications services, such as Centrex, to be delivered on a national and international scope. This will allow the next generation carrier customer to redefine the traditional parameters of Centrex and Workgroup VPN services, enabling tremendous differentiation from the legacy circuit-switched providers.
I-Link's network is one of the largest IP networks in the world, and perhaps the only enhanced services network. This means that cLEC's in New York can terminate with cLECs, ISPs or other alternative service providers in California, or France, for that matter.

I-LINK AGAIN AHEAD OF THE PACK.

Unlike other IP telephony companies, I-Link's network is designed to deliver solutions on demand and increasingly complex solutions over time. Today, I-Link is perhaps the only company in existence that has developed a complete suite of enhanced services including flexible call routing, a "follow me" service, unified messaging with Web access to unified message box, and integration of e mail, voice mail and fax mail - all delivered over IP and offering greater flexibility and control than what is available in a typical circuit switch environment. More importantly, I-Link's network is designed with applications and solutions in mind and allows extensions of the network to be installed on carrier customers' or corporate customers' premises in a turn-key fashion, eliminating the need for customers to develop, design and engineer their own enhanced service platforms. Customers can link into the I-Link network and use a solution that exists "in the cloud." ==========

my father is in the process of opening up a ground transportation company , he will be opening operations in 19 cities, he decided to go with the idavo because of the tremendous cost savings and quality of the product (ilnk & indavo will save him several thousand $ a mo. )I happend to be present when the telephony expert was demonstrating what the system can do ( WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! ), I asked him to compare ilnk-indavo to competitive products his exact comments were " there is nothing in the market that compares to ilnk-indavo for cost & product " He went on to say, a company can spend thousand of $ more and recieve a good product but as far as bang for the buck NO COMPETITION . he also said he personally has bought the stock and within a year he believes that ilnk will be a hosehold name . I've always been long but its nice to hear what the experts have to say . Good Luck ================

I don't know if everyone heard this from an announcement on the network about 8 months ago. I have two V-Link accounts, one for business and one for my family's personal use. I give all friends my family account number, and when they hear my greeting, Please press "1" to find us, or I add "If you want to speak to me during business hours, please press "8"". When you press eight, it goes immediatly to my business account, no ring just my voice announcing my business greeting and options.
Then they can press "1" and the system will find me, and the call is transferred. The system doesn't allow both accounts to be used simultanously, so I am not charged twice. Really, really professionally done. People are really impressed by the system quality. |
