DESCRIPTION
Indavo V6 is a network access device that integrates six channels of data and voice communication over a digital link and uses I-Link's Real-Time IP network for transport and termination and also provides persistent Internet access to the office LAN. With its unique processing abilities, Indavo multiplexes voice and fax calls, and compresses them together with Internet Protocol (IP) data traffic. This is all done on a single digital line [ISDN, xDSL, and Cable with a cable modem] and is connected to the I-Link's Real-Time IP network. The result is a more efficient and cost effective network architecture that eliminates the need for additional phone lines and hardware.
Indavo V6 also provides single point integration, making it possible to create a virtual private network within your organization or with your suppliers and distributors, completely eliminating the costly long distance fees you are charged by your current long distance carrier.
The Indavo model V6 is a complete communication solution for small offices. It is located at the customer premises. The Indavo V6 features a PABX with 12 analog telephone extensions and 6 outside lines. In addition, by using an existing LAN hub (or purchased separately) the Indavo V6 offers Internet connection for the entire small office users who have more than the one static IP address the Indavo requires. Additionally, the managed private IP Network that Indavo traffic runs over also offers a host of Enhanced Features for the user.
PBX FEATURES
Standard analog telephones connect to the Indavo which features advanced PABX functionality for local and outside calls. A PC-Phone Windows application, supplied with the product, enables any PC connected to the LAN to perform advanced telephony operations and can serve as an attendant station.

3. Music or tone on hold

CONFIGURATION AND MANAGEMENT
The Indavo is configured and managed using the Indavo-Manager. This is a Windows application, that allows you to configure the mini-PBX from a local PC, or even remotely. New software versions can be downloaded to the Indavo via the network. The Indavo is a wall mounted and AC powered communications device.
