DF, Thanks for your intelligent post. I also have done research on this stock - using information from the last two years. EGRP is a long term winner. I've bought at 26, 22, and 20 at various points these last four months. I am holding on to 40% cash and will buy again if this continues to dip. CC's vision is coming true - and we will be rewarded in time.
