Borb, SEC documents filed by VTEH on 9/ll/96 states on page l2, paragraph 2 "Presently the Company employs one person who functions as the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The Company primarily relies upon consultants and advisors who are not employees of the Company." The Board apparently is noncompensated in the traditional sense. Fees are paid, I guess, for services of independent contractors.

On Mr. Ed's radio hour,5/6/97, I believe VTEH's "promotor" referred to Vteh using "employees" from its partner ITRY (KNKV). I believe he said that ITRY received grants from the Canadian Gov't as training fees for training software people. They will assist in getting the technology rolling at a low cost to the Company. Does that make you feel better Phil? (that's supposed to be a joke)

Let's see the stock was down last week, according to its promotor, because the "Europeans are on vacation." (he really said that) The week before that it was the shorts; before that the margin calls; before that it was regulation; before that margin calls again. What's the excuse this week?
